Mario Badescu Drying Lotion is the best pimple cream out there. I've been using this product for over 20 years now and every time I have a pimple, I use a q-tip to put it on the acne and the next day, the whitehead is instantaneously dried out. For stubborn pimples, it may take a couple of days but the product is truly a miracle worker! There is quite a strong alcoholic smell so be aware!
Directions: use q-tip to get some pink lotion from the bottom of bottle, put on acne
